“Become Your Best Self” isn’t just another fitness class. We’ve created a comprehensive programme that addresses three vital aspects of personal wellbeing:
- Physical fitness to strengthen your body
- Wellness workshops to nurture your mind
- Personal development sessions to grow your confidence
Programme Details
Starting January 2025, this FREE 15-week programme will run every Tuesday morning from 9:45 am to 12:15 pm at our Jobstown centre. We’ve carefully chosen this time slot to accommodate women with school-age children, making it easier to commit to your personal growth journey.

Important Information
To ensure everyone’s safety and success:
- If you have any physical health conditions (including back/joint issues or pregnancy), you’ll need a GP referral confirming it’s safe to participate
- A B2 level of English is required to fully engage with all aspects of the programme
- Places are limited to ensure personal attention for each participant
