Bronagh Moore

Bronagh is Corporate Services Manager, providing high quality corporate services direction and support to all areas of the organisation as well as the CEO and the Board. The role involves overseeing administration, Human Resources, learner recruitment, communications, business development, event management, procurement, facilities management and IT/Ed Tech functions.

Bronagh is a highly experienced Learning and Development professional with over 15 years operational and leadership experience and is a specialist in improving individual, team and function performance through coaching and mentoring, personal development and quality management practices.

Bronagh’s experience includes leading out on operational and organisational functions spanning Learning and Development, Knowledge Management, Resource Development, IT, Operations and Sales.

Bronagh was Director of Operations and Organisational Transformation at Irish Management Institute (IMI) where she led teams in the areas of Customer Experience and Transformation, IT, CRM, GDPR and Facilities. Previously, during her extensive time with IBM, Bronagh held key Learning and Development positions such as Resource Development Manager and Training Team Leader; leading teams responsible for onboarding, training and upskilling of hundreds of new hires across the organisation.

Outside of her professional experience, Bronagh has been a mentor with the 30% Club (which promotes gender balance at all levels across organisations), is a volunteer with the Bull Island Action Group doing monthly beach cleans (regardless of weather conditions!) as well as being a member of ‘The Lineup Choir’, a community pop/rock/soul choir.
