ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT
Building our 2027–2031 strategy
An Cosán is Ireland’s largest community-led education organisation, working with over 1,500 learners, children and families each year across adult education, early years, family support and counselling.
Work on our next strategy has already started internally. We’re now looking for an external partner to work with us from October 2026 on a process that is participatory, evidence-informed and future-focused, building on our current strategy and new 2026 research.
The final strategy will be submitted to our Board for approval by 15th March 2027.
